The fact that some of these people don’t give the simple answer they decide to instead insult people by saying republican men aren’t open minded, aren’t as hardworking, etc and they also insulted liberal men by saying they aren’t as manly. The political view of someone shouldn’t define who they are but show their moral values and beliefs. Looks have nothing to do with politics and at this point everyone should be ashamed of the fact that no basic conversation can be had because somehow politics is always brought up wether it be Biden vs Trump, pro abortion vs pro life, lgbtq vs religion, and all the above. It’s always something everyone just loves to argue and it truly shows how broken our world truly is. People scream equality, love is love, more freedom, world peace. But don’t get me wrong that all sounds great but in the society we have it’s just not possible because nobody is willing to be the bigger person and meet in the middle. How narcissistic can these people possibly be the people who shove their views in your face at every opportunity are the ones saying we need more freedom…..The people screaming love is love in all honesty only care for themselves and it’s shown on an everyday basis……the people who say we should try to be more like god and sin less constantly disappoint him for the way they judge others and the things they post on social media…..people preach all lives matter but then go and kill the most precious of them all….Don’t get me wrong I understand where y’all are coming from and you have valid points but you don’t express them correctly. In all honesty I’ve even made comments abt the people who share the same beliefs and opinions as me in this short paragraph because it’s not about the opinions they have but more about the way they share them. With protests and posts targeting one side or the other with some very unkind words they don’t follow the things these people preach infront of millions of people. You hear abt all these things that are happening behind the scenes in our own government and I’m not saying it’s true but just saying it’s possible.

Caring about money is good. There’s empirical data that shows conservatives give to charity far more than liberals, like way more, and that they help their communities more as well. So, there goes that. There’s a lot of liberal men that are just using it as a mating strategy. Although I have met genuine concerned liberal men that practice what they preach. It’s very rare, where as most conservatives practice what they preach.

Dumb question, I know down to earth conservatives and I also know Liberals who are very masculine. I feel like your political views have nothing to do with what kind of man you are. If you think being conservative or liberal makes you a man then politics make up too much of your personality.

I’m so sick of these left and right, liberal and conservative labels, all they do is divide people and make people think the worst. People have differing opinions and they should always be nuanced and thoughtful. I like to think I’m on neither side of the spectrum as I’m empathetic (most of the time at the very least) yet I also believe in the importance of some traditions and a traditional upbringing. I think a lot to the extent where I genuinely believe I think too much and through a lot of thought I think a lot of the “leftist” beliefs are very important but what they are applying it to is rather damaging.
