6 Months of Jump rope compilation! I started adding jump roping to my home workout journey when I moved from Toronto to Calgary on August 1st! Jump rope is a very effective cardio workout that just burns calories. I enjoy jump roping a lot and did it as my warm up for months. Been on this home workout journey since the beginning of my weight loss journey. Make sure you hang tight until the end of the video to see my weight loss transformation thus far!
MY WEIGHT LOSS STORY
I am on a journey to lose 100 lbs and build strength at the same time. After giving birth in 2014 my health deteriorated. I experienced debilitating chronic pain, which led to depression and weight gain. For years, doctors and physiotherapists had no answers. In 2017, I met a pelvic floor physiotherapist that change my life. She performed traditional Chinese acupuncture and pelvic floor physiotherapy. The pain began to subside, and I was able to reclaim my health. I started working out and eating right. My goal is to help inspire others to never give up no matter what. I’ve had doctors, family and friends give up on me but I did not give up on myself. You got what it takes to conquer any challenge this life throws at you. Now, go make it happen!
