Love it Jerry! I'm in one of those dips right now in my wholesaling journey and I've completely torn down the way I do marketing and got better software/system. I will be able to consistently generate more leads with this new system and I should have no problem getting more deals and being able to scale my business rather than be out of business everytime I do a deal. Maybe this is weird but I'm always looking at houses as I drive by, wondering who built it, and why did they lay out the town this way, and what could bring that dilapidated property back to life? I love the process of buying and selling, love the dream. I love the stinkin' math for crying out loud! I would want to do this even if there was a fraction of the money to be had. Last year I’ve gotten hit with the real estate bug and since then I’ve been on a slow path of starting/building a wholesale business & educated myself on real estate.
