Fix Printer Problems With an Uninstall and Reinstall in Windows 10

✅ "Reformat and reinstall" just your printer and you may find that things start working again. It's a safe and easy first step to fix printer issues.

Use the Windows 10 settings app to remove your printer from Windows, and then add it back again. Doing so re-initializes much of the printer's configuration information. While this approach doesn't solve all problems, it's a safe and easy first step to fixing printer issues.

Thank you Leo! For days my printer was off line. And for days I tried to fix the problem. You would think there would be something to just click on to put it back on line. No such luck. That would be too easy. I watched all kinds of You Tube videos and tried all kinds of fixes, but nothing worked. Then I happened upon your video and figured, what the heck, the printer is of no use to me sitting there as is, so I'll give uninstalling and reinstalling a try. If I totally mess up, I'll go out and buy another printer for $100. It worked like a charm. Many thanks Leo, for many hours I have been trying to get my Epson ET-7750 to print and could not figure it out. Thankfully, your clear and easy to follow instructions helped me to uninstall and reinstall the printer and do a bit of housekeeping on (deleting old printers etc).

Hi Leo, I hope you can help me, my printer goes through the process of printing and it feeds out the paper as it goes through the print process but is not printing. I have replaced the ink cartridges. My printer is a HP officejet pro 6830. Help!!!
