How to fix if your printer is not accepting print commands.

Commands used in this tutorial:

Net Stop Spooler

del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q

I have done all that you suggested in the video and still my epson 3880 will not accept commands from my computer. Whenever I attempt a test print, nozzle check, it states 'error'. But I can do a nozzle check manually using the input tabs on the printer itself. I have turned the printer/computer on and off numerous times to no avail. I have viewed a number of your other videos suggesting other solutions and have attempted them, but without success. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried numerous (4) different printer cables, ones that are working with an epson 7880 and 9880, but without success.
