Worked like a charm, i think my printer didn't recognize the PC because it was still plugged in since the update. so reconnecting your printer should also work!

The fix it wants me to apply is for OneNote desktop to be my default, whatever that means, and NOT my Canon. I don't like that fix. How can I make it recognize my Canon printer? Thanks

I've done all this, but my HP Pavilion computer cannot recognize that my HP Deskjet printer is on. Keeps insisting it's off no matter how many times I turn the printer off/on or unplug/plug.
