I am 55 years old, I have lost 80 pounds, reversed my A-1 C from 10.7 to 5.1, and still have somewhere around 60 pounds to drop. Great advice.. started weights in Dec 2020 - tried keto in parallel for 4 months and dropped 40 lbs. I’m down 50 Lbs now and adding carbs back to get more energy for training. Hoping I can figure out how to get to the next level. I’m pretty confident you can help with that!

Thanks so much bro, I've been eating clean for about 1.5 months and have seen fat loss on those other parts of the body you mentioned! But haven't seen any fat loss in my abdominals and it was so disheartening! But now I know! I just gotta keep at it!

Im on week 7 of training and eating well. I'm down 30 lbs along with building muscle. Although I feel i am at a standstill. I've been at the name spot for 3 weeks now and don't seem to budge. Still doing the same with diet and progressive increase in slrrsistance training

I have been on this fitness journey since recovering from Covid-19 through Christmas and the new year. Since starting, I've dropped 40 pounds but can not develop the definition and fat loss that i am after. I am partially paralyzed with nerve damage in my upper left quadrant but refuse to let that be an excuse. I currently put in about 2 hours in the gym 5 - 6 days per week including 30 - 45 minutes of cardio.

10 years ago, a school "friend" commented on a photo on my facebook saying "go lose some weight". That summer, I ran in. 50 degree Dubai heat everyday and dropped 15 kgs, came back to the post and said " im back". Its been 10 years on the fitness journey. Ive had yoga coaches, strength coaches, kickboxing coaches, studied youtube, subscribed to plans, got certified and made my own plans and now I train others. I still believe I will never stop learning and am at a place where Im looking for a mentor to take me to the next step. I believe I can learn much from you, and hope that I can maybe teach you a few things too :)

I'm 49 years old and just can't seem to get rid of the belly no matter what i try I do have a few injuries which makes it tuff to get consisted workouts, lower back injury seems to pop up it's ugly head every so often and set me back, a few tips to get me up and about would be great.🙏

I am doing better on harpers super carb diet book and I got the 40lbs back off and now just got 25 lbs to lose and in 12 days I plan to fast for 3 days so the rest will be off. One thing I do is walk everywhere, constantly walking while on cell and do body weight resistant workout mostly and slow and time under tension. I work out quicker briefly so I spoke cortisol levels. I smoke CBD for health and it has help with my hunger receptors. I take several vitamines including arginine and creating and maca root. I weight all my food and use an app to keep track.

My journey started on 14th September 2020. On this date, I decided to change my mindset to improve day by day. Until that moment I used to weigh almost 100kg and feel uncomfortable even when wearing t-shirts while the wind blew towards me shaping them like my belly. It’s been an incredible journey so far, I have improved a lot, lost almost 40kg of fat mass and learned to lead a healthy lifestyle which I like better.
