Thanks for doing this. I'm really out of shape and trying to get back at it. I tried doing some other ab workouts and was mostly discouraged because I couldn't do half of what they were doing. I could do all this but I'm feeling it and it was hard. I feel good though, not discouraged. This is a good starting point for anyone.

Thanks for being so chill and positive! Ive managed to lose about 40 pounds over the last several months and prior, abs results was some sort of a imaginary thing to me. Right now im 188 lb and Im thrilled to start now!

Yes like everyone seems to say these workouts are truly great for beginners so that one can actually complete the routine and no have to give up after a couple seconds. Lots of the other videos I have a hard time even keeping in the starting position let alone add movement and go for 30-45 seconds. Thank you for inspiring a lot of people. Until I can rebuild my core again I’ll be using these workouts for some time.

ty coach kozak and claudia....61 yr old beginner here...been doing your beginner workouts (what i can) for a month now off and on and really enoy them...this month i am shooting for a workout everyday with u and a fat burning walk with leslie sansone...also doing low carb/keto diet for the last couple months..gave up all the crap food...lost only 12 lbs but measuring today for inches...it took a long time to get in this shape so i know it will take awhile..thanks again

Great starting point. My stomach is sssooo much flatter one month into doing it. I've tried other workouts but this is still my fave. Don't always have a lot of time to do other longer ones

Thank You. I am able to do these as a beginner. Some fit experts at the gym feel as though they need to punish and shock the body into doing things that are more intense too handle in the beginning of getting back in shape.
