I cautiously went out and bought some organic dried fruits to see if I would like them and to my surprise they're delicious. Thanks for the pro tip, whether or not I dry them myself next time is still up in the air since I'm not in a good fresh fruit area of my country.

Love that you mentioned soluble vs insoluble fiber. I have gastroparesis and have to steer clear of the latter. Really great when people suggest fiber and I’m like ... yeahhh I can barely digest what you actually mean. 😅
