But, I don't understand. They say your tongue has to touch the soft palate. This is impossible. I can't make my tongue go that far back. Even if I put my tongue tip into the buccal arch.

Edit: - Okay i finally managed it, but it hurts where my tongue attaches to the bottom of my mouth.
