Yes, it actually works it's been 1 year I am doing mewing and my jawline is properly visible now. I am 20 years old now. Yes some will say you have genetic benefits so it's not like that cuzz my big bro doesn't have visible jawline like mine... So yaa it works! 👍

For those who can't mew properly or feel like they are doing it wrong, you might have a narrow palate so do some research on it and try thumbpulling, it is very efficient and helps in proper mewing after some weeks, I also had narrow jaw but just aliitle so i managed to expand it by a little and now i can mew properly... try pulling and pushing methods and they definitely work if done the right way

Can't breath 🫁 The connection of the holes in our Mouth with nose gets blocked and if i try to mew i might die for holding breath

When doing mewing My back teeth can't touch each other, just my front teeth can touch, if i force my back teeth to touch each other it will make my lower jaw back because i have a posterior open bite
