That was actually the best tutorial I have ever used. I have been told time and time again that I should be mewing but I didn't believe them. against only the hard palate? man I've been doing mewing for 1 & a half years while keeping tongue only on the hard palate but no results so far, now i try to even cover the soft palate with my back 1/3rd of the tongue as well and i feel pressure on my jaw muscles now.

Honestly I give up, I still don't get how the hell I'm supposed to keep my tounge, if I keep it all the way, like literally all the way up, my WHOLE tongue, I can't breathe, not even through my nose, I give up I ain't ugly, just wanted some sharper features, but oh well🤷
