you know what . it actually works i have an injury in my right rib and i do mewing wayback 2016 and believe it or not it fixes my posture my jaw somehow i even notice a bone structure on my nose i can breathe to my nose bcoz before i use to be a mouth breather all i can say it fixes my posture my right rib and jaw

What do you do if you feel the right side of your tongue not pushing as hard as the left one?

What if I have overbite? And the inner mouth space between upper and lower teeth is very small that my tongue is touching the upper pallate but also staying low. I feel like when i try to mew i don't know where to put my tongue since it touches my upper palete because the height of my mouth is small.

Dr. Mike, I did the steps and everything worked out fine, but the suction stays with me for two days or a week, and after that I don’t feel it. I mean, as soon as I opened the suction hole, I started to feel it and my tongue would return to the surface easily. What caused me to lose the hole, or is this normal?
