I can't control my anger, I've lost multiple relationships, I might die at any time, it affects my sex drive, but hey at least I have big muscles

I am 33 years old now. I started lifting when I was 14 and I was the only guy @ that age in the whole gym. I never saw one person my age @ the gym until I got in my 20s.
Teenagers back then did sports (soccer, running, athletics) but no one cared about muscles. I just got into it because I was fat, stiff and slow and no sport seemed to work for me.
Even the really big juice heads (and enhanced more of them back at this time) told me to stay away from steroids. I even knew the local roid dealer because he lifted in my gym as well and I was the “baby” of the whole gym community. For no money in the world he would have sold me testosterone or anything else before I would turn 21. Even when I asked him about it when I was in my early twenties, he declined and told me not to ruin my youth.
It is crazy how much things changed in the last 20 years.

It took me 40 years to look like a 50 year old. These guys did it in 20. Impressive.

Social media has ruined the youth... I'm glad I was 15 when social media started because I couldn't imagine being a young child watching all the crazy stuff online today.

I'm 32, and over the years I've watched many of my friends turn to steroids, only to regret it. Every time they cycled off, they felt terrible—depressed, unmotivated, and unable to stay consistent with their training or diet. Unless you're making serious money from it and are prepared to handle the mental and physical consequences, it's just not worth it. Stay away from that path.

Thank you so much for making this video. Social media is definitely pushing everyone to be on gear. It’s tough to be natty anymore

I feel like telling young adults and teenagers that balding is a side effect would stop at least half of them from continuing. You don't wanna speed up that train. Failing heart? Naahh, high BP? What about it? But hair on your back, ball pain and balding? Hit the brakes my friend, this is my stop.
