All good except you can train yourself, improve your personality, soft skills and so on. I am an introvert and disagreeable, but with time I improved the way I interact with the others by practicing at work and outside work as well and I also learned how to be more agreeable, reach compromises and find solutions together with others in business. The possibility of self-improvement is a key factor that is missing in the video and it usually come out with growth and personal/work experience. Of course if you have been the same your whole life or if you are born with some characteristics this help you to decide what you are fit for, but the fact you are introvert doesn't mean you cannot do a job that requires you to interact and socialise with others.
