What on earth is this video? It says what i eat in a day 1200 calories and 80gms of protein and then you go ahead and show just one meal? Even if you used protein powder to make the kadhi the amount of kadhi you show here that's on your plate isn't even 40gms of protein (if you consider 40gms of protein coming from protein shake which is still too much unless you are using more than one serving of protein powder) 🙄🙄🙄🙄 plz post realistic and believable videos
