Israel was Gods Chosen people. Not chosen to be saved but chosen people. Jesus Christ was predestined to died before the foundation of the world. Jesus was born out of the descendents of Gods chosen people. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear WITNESS of the LIGHT, that ALL MEN through him might BELIEVE. 8 He was not that LIGHT, but was sent to bear witness of that LIGHT. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth EVERY MAN that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He CAME unto his OWN, and his OWN RECEIVED him not. 12 But as many as RECEIVED him, to them gave he power to BECOME the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the FLESH, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the WORD was made FLESH, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, ) full of grace and TRUTH.

So what is the fruit of Total depravity? First off Total depravity is 100% false teaching according to the word of God. As well its the same thing as the original sin false doctrine taught by the romen catholic church.So the fruit of total depravity is that you can never repent and ask God to forgive you and to come into your life. So in other words fruit of total depravity is that by believing in it that you DENY Jesus Christ.So basically totally depravity fruit is that you think the only way you can be saved is that God has to choose you because you can't beauces your can never make good decisions. Which is 100% false.We ALL know what Jesus says about that.Matt 10:32-33
32 WHOSOEVER therefore shall CONFESS me before men, him will I CONFESS also before my Father which is in heaven. 33 But WHOSOEVER shall DENY me before men, him will I also DENY before my Father which is in heaven.
Matt 10:32-33Paul understanded what WHOSOEVER meant and understood that everyone who confess Jesus Christ is saved. Look at verse (Rom10:13)Rom 10:9-13
9 That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy MOUTH the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE in thine HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be SAVED. 10 For with the HEART man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH CONFESSION is made unto SALVATION. 11 For the scripture saith, WHOSOEVER believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is NO DIFFERENCE between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over ALL is rich unto ALL that call UPON him. 13 For WHOSOEVER shall call UPON the name of the Lord shall be SAVED.
