In the bathroom situation, if you have a younger daughter then a lot of women would allow you to accompany her to a public women's bathroom, as it would be seen as morally wrong to let her go alone in a potentially unsafe situation. So it can definitely change on the individual and circumstance.

You have the right to punish your son for not obeying your rules. Your son, however, does not have the right to punish his brother for not obeying his rules. It’s a hierarchical issue. Members of the same level cannot punish each other, only something from a higher level can. ie: Moderators cannot ban other moderators, only admins can ban moderators.

I agree with you in principle, but i think where this gets complicated is the extent to which god is a normative model of goodness.

The difference between objective and subjective is, anything that is objective is true no matter what you or anybody else thinks. Subjective always depends on the preferences of a thinking agent. Morality depends on the social norms of a society or between two or more individuals. This means that without any thinking agents, there cannot be morality. Therefore morality is always subjective even with a god.

My argument against that is that God is within a right to set the penalty for sin, he's also within a right to punish according to that penalty and levy it against that person or declare that person forgiven or not guilty of that sin because he made it, since he did not break his own laws, and when you could argue God did, that was for punishing people for sin, and enforcing the penalty for that sin, like in Gen 19:26, when God turned Lot's wife into salt for disobeying the command not to look back at Sodom and Gomorah as he destroyed them.
