Cliffe Knechtle has a great conversation with college students at a campus in the southwest US.
The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

This is how debate SHOULD be. Both sides showed respect for each other. Both sides listened to each other. We need more of this nowadays.

I love this kid. He's not looking to fight or argue. He's being fair. He's being honest. He is working through his doubt point by point, and he's not changing his argument as he goes. He's looking for truth.

This man is a deep thinker. He's asking very intelligent questions and making logical points. Cliffe's humble responses says more about Jesus than it says about himself. His understanding and his ability to answer logically and carefully is truly a gift

this man looks like and acts like a stoner who knows very little but is asking and relating ideas that are very intelligent and thoughtful. he is even polite and a pleasure to listen to. He is a future Christ believing man.

I love how Cliff is able to be so even tempered. I pray for this kind of patience when witnessing to non-believers. Thanks always for these great videos Cliff.

I like this young man. He’s searching and has an open mind without preconceived ideas cut in stone. He’s willing to listen. I have a feeling this young man is gonna come to Christ.

He asking questions that a lot of people have. It's just a blessing that he's asking and listening in a polite, respectful manner.

I appreciated how everyone was listening respectfully; Mr. Cliffe Knechtle was also listening respectfully. There were differences in opinions, and because both were willing to try and understand each others point of view, there was peace.

This is a beautiful conversation. The man asking questions is clearly seeking something higher than himself, he wants to believe something higher than us all, he just hasn’t found a way to bring himself to it because of the evils and cruelty of this world. Cliffe reassuring him that God suffers along with us is so important.

In the book of job god says he allowed the terrible things to happen to him but told the devil to spare his life and that no matter what you do to him he will come out stronger, this was a perfect example of God having faith in his own people

This young man is extremely smarter, possibly genius, and no arrogance, than others I’ve seen question him.

The gentleman asking questions to Cliffe is awesome! I had that same level of curiosity and asking such questions led me to the Lord. I pray the same for this guy. God bless him and Cliffe

I wanted to hug the guy half way through this debate, not Cliffe but the student. He's incredibly intelligent it seems, quite gifted in fact in his ability to reasonably articulate his mind. He genuinely seemed like he was searching for absolute truth, and I pray he wasn't mocked or made fun of for his seemingly awkward posture at times. Not all communication looks or sounds the same, but you can really miss out on God's potential being lived through a particular person when you judge them. God made him the exact way he needs to be, and there's nothing at all abnormal or weird about it. He seems like a really complex dude who's trying to live with some kind of meaning, I'd love to be friends with him.

8 years ago, the young people sat and listened. Today, cliff would be persecuted and cast out. We’re in dark times my brothers and sisters

That entire episode was very informative, there were no self righteous bigots getting mad about the existance of God, no ignorant people voicing their own opinions without wanting hear a response. I wish i could of heard more questions and answers between Cliffe and the dreadlock guy. That was an interesting and productive conversation. God bless you Cliffe and dreadlock guy.
