Nick because of you and your brother it’s how I e been able to grow from 70 to 457 subscribers. I’m still speechless that I’ve even accomplished this much. But every time I see a new subscriber it just gives me that extra push to keep going because it shows me I must be doing this right! Thank you for everything! Your advices really do truly help.

When you love what you do, it shows. And when it shows, it becomes contagious. ❤

The coolest thing I've had happen from starting a photography channel was being recognized by a viewer two weeks ago while doing my last shoot. I'm not a big channel but it's a joy to learn first-hand that I'm reaching people and bringing them value. If you have a particular passion and the desire to share that passion with others, JUST DO IT.

Finding your niche is something we hear all the time and for good reason. But what about those of us with ADHD? Many of us have this issue of "hobby hopping" where we hyperfocus on a hobby until we've learned all we can about it over the course of a few weeks, and then we're on to the next hobby. My channel is focused on horror movie reviews and I've been doing it since 2013. My issue is that I go through these phases where I stop watching horror altogether and my content stagnates until I come back around to it eventually. How do we make that our niche? How do we take the fact that we can't base our entire personalities on one thing forever and make a youtube channel? I currently upload to two channels and the lack of consistency is killing them. I know this is a tough one to answer and I don't expect a solid, "here's what you do, " but if you or any of your viewers have some thoughts, I'd love to hear them.

For me, Beside Gaming, I have a passion for watching marvel & dc related movies and tv shows. Also, I did play marvel and dc related video games in the past. Thus, I will use that passion to improve my YouTube Channel from 2023 and beyond.

Relatable! I have some high value business skills that make sense to niche around, but when I imagine all the “how to” videos and other social content I’d have to make, UGH! It seems like a tedious chore. I know from having been in that situation in the past. I feel stuck, not wanting to start something that I don’t feel genuinely eager to do.

Thank you for your expertise, and your method of delivery. While there are many YT advice channels, yours is the only one I subscribe to. I sincerely appreciate your clarity, calmness, and poise. You are inspiring.✨

When I started consistently posting in 2018, I thought my life was interesting enough to sustain making videos (vlogs) about me. During a trip to Montreal, where I actually had 3 daily vlogs I shot and edited and posted on the same day (which was nuts and I do not recommend for a vacation), I noticed people were more interested in hearing my food reactions. So I took that data plus the fact that I had built a fairly popular local food blog back in 2010 and just decided to lean into that side of it. It's actually allowed me to recycle and refresh some old topics, which is convenient if I ever feel like i'm running out of stuff to talk about.

my issue with finding a niche is that what i want to make content about(which is game playthoughs or just about games in general) is too oversaturated and there's too much of it so its not an easy thing to make content about and stand out. thats abt the only thing preventing me from making a fresh channel and starting content creation

We created a Reseller Showdown Game show that we do livestream and everyone loves it. It has changed our channel around to where we are building up hours! Where we weren’t getting hours before.
