I think that's the value of crafting your brand story first. You don't need a singular niche, but having a foundational brand, theme, and identity is far more effective than niching down. I'm French, and you're one of the few non-French-speaking people I hear pronouncing 'niche' accurately. A lot of English-speaking people mispronounce niche as 'nitch' which is incorrect.
