'Niche down to blow up' is something that is frequently said in reference to growing on YouTube or starting a podcast. Yes it's important to figure out your niche but you shouldn't avoid starting because you haven't defined a niche. Your niche will develop over time as you publish more content, as you get feedback from an audience and as you figure out what you actually enjoy creating.
