Thanks to two good doctors and one very loving nurse, I recovered twice in hospital from acute kidney failure due to exhaustion age 20. Now age 71 knock on wood, no problems with kidneys. So I know kidneys can recover. I do make sure not to be under too much stress and get good sleep. Also take good care of my heath in other ways.

Thank you for acknowledging the potential to regenerate. For most of 20 years with kidney failure I have been saying and proving that. Most nephrologists still call it false hope despite the labs.. 20 years later I am still here and in much better kidney health. Thank you

Thx Dr HASHMI and Michelle. It's never too late to do what we can. Anyway prevention is better than going through any treatment.

Great information. Thank you.

Edited to add: I got my lab results after 7 months on a WFPB diet, and my eGFR has moved from 60 to 69! So I am thrilled with these results. Better numbers across the board and urinalysis shows no protein in my urine either. Thanks Dr and Michelle for your information and tips!

After reading so much info online saying dialysis and death is inevitable, this video gave me hope and I'm crying. I'm switching up my diet, taking my meds, losing weight, exercising.

Thank you so much, thank you

And just because you doctors say it can’t be done doesn’t mean that it can’t either

Lower sodium and read up on nettle seed tincture. This along with other herbs cured me of borderline stage 3 ckd. Gfr went from low 60s to 108. Its now 127. Creatinine was in high 120s mmol but is now at 81, proteinuria and hematuria disappeared. Dont take anything without practitioner supervision. Not saying you should or shouldnt do this. But it sure worked for me. So there is hope.

for the fibrosis on the kidney could just use systemic enzymes like Serrapeptase Nattokinase Lumbrokinase Bromelain and prolong fasting for apoptosis

Yes, I’ve done it. Lemons juice, extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, honey for flavor. I had liver disease stage 2. I saw a YouTube doctor recommend this and 6 months my VA doctor says my kidneys are fine👍🏽
