I spread this between 4 5 days a week, personally for me the upper lower rest repeat split is king

I workout 3 times a week. Day 1) weighted pullups, Cable rows, hammer curls, bicep curls, shrugs (+ a skill because I do calisthenics) . Day 2) incl db bench, weighed dips, tricep pushdowns, tricep kickbacks (+skill) Day 3) 1 quad exercise, hamstring curls, calf raises, db shoulder press, planche lean, lat raises, rear delt flies. I'm 16 and I have been able to improve my strength dramatically. I can currently dip 4 plates and pull up with 2 plates for multiple reps. You don't need 5 workouts a week

this can be for minimalist 3 days a week will do the trick with the 3rd day for legs othe 2 days cardio of your choice

The most important aspect of this and any workout plan is CONSISTENCY, if you do it for the next 3 years there is no way you won't be in decent shape
