How do you boldly come to court as an EMPLOYER and admit you don’t pay your EMPLOYEES?

If you're a small business owner and can't afford employees, then don't hire any. Work the business yourself until you can afford to pay or try and get friends or family to volunteer their time.

This sounds like the kind of part time jobs people have in high school and college when their parents financially support them, and they just need extra spending money.

No one in their right mind would work for free. The plaintiff needs to stop the CAP

The plaintiff really said her employee didn’t want to get paid? Is she for real? If you can’t afford to pay your employees you aren’t ready to be an entrepreneur.

$10.00 an hour???? Where does she live??? Even fast food workers earn more. Who can live on $10.00 a hour, WOW.

Ten dollars an hour in a small boutique was about right for 2018. It was most likely a part time job(less than 20 hours a week) and not meant to be a job that paid her rent. They both agree 400 was owed for 2 months(aprox
FIVE hours a week). The Defendant should have taken it to court, not stolen a bunch of clothes. Both parties are pretty shameful.

The plaintiff at 0:56 is a whole mood, story, and epic poem.

If she was smart she would have sued the employer federally and got her back pay and punitive damages. JJ judgement was wrong .. even if she stole she is still entitled to her pay
