TSA agents caught on camera apparently stealing from passengers luggage

TSA agent's at the Miami International Airport were caught on camera appearing to steal from passengers' luggage at a security checkpoint. Two of the agents are currently charged with grand theft in the third degree. NBC News' Sam Brock has more.

This is a very real problem and concern. Always have a family member watch your items, if not put valuables in separate area where you can see them. What a joke he got off!

I’m not surprised. Many are unprofessional. A TSA agent inappropriately touched me and another lady ~ when I complained they gave me an email. It’s been 5 years nobody got back to me.

There are good people working for the TSA of course, but MAN...the number of losers is incredible. Flew from Boston to Denver a while back. I did everything that I was told to do, emptied my pockets, removed my belt, and stepped into the scanner. Seconds later a short TSA agent with a Napoleon complex and a scowl on his face came up to me and started YELLING at me. "DID YOU EMPTY YOUR POCKETS?? DID YOU????" I replied, "Yes" and he just glared at me. Then another agent came over and politely explained to me that strange "dots" on my pockets showed up in the scan. We then realized that they had been created by METAL SNAPS on pocket flaps. I was allowed to proceed, and a third agent said to me softly regarding Mr. Attitude, "Don't pay him any mind." Clearly, ANYONE can be a TSA agent if they check off the right boxes, and clearly, based on the above video, if TSA agents aren't stealing your dignity from you, they're stealing your stuff.

They are probably not even looking for what they are supposed to be looking for; only looking for loose cash. All this hassle people have to go through and this is what is really happening; unreal. Probably happening all over the country
