My feel good routine also includes to watch your videos and surround myself with inspiring personalities :) you have an incredible clear, calm and authentic attitude with a Scandinavian touch <3. Your videos makes me feel like I'm in a vaction in Sweden haha. Please never stop to spread love out in this world. Greetings from Germany:)

My feel good routine is at the end of the day. Tidying up, prepping breakfast and lunch, picking out clothes for the next day, all of these things mean my morning can slow down and include some yoga or extra time on my hair/makeup. A less rushed and stressful morning impacts my entire day. I go to bed feeling good because I’m ready for tomorrow.

I'm very lucky to live in a warm climate here in Santa Monica, CA, but admittedly I do miss having real seasons and I miss snow. I grew up in Tennessee where we had all of that. But the good news is because I live here I get to swim outdoors year round in a beautiful outdoor pool at Santa Monica College at least 3 times a week. I also do yoga about 3 times week at Santa Monica Yoga just up the street. Those are my two main things that really keep me grounded and centered even in the toughest of times.

Putting your videos on auto play keeps me productive and calm on days where I’m feeling a bit down. The beautiful images, the background music, all of it just seems to change my frame of mind. So thank you 😊

Again nice video, my very first things in the morning, and in spring/summer around as early as 5:30am, is listen to the birds in the garden, then tea looking at the rising sun and the new start of’the dday, then some gym (not good at yoga) and this keeps me goind for the day in a good mood. Also like you, keeping the house tidy, dressing a nice table, and candles all year round !

Hi there!! I really enjoy your videos <3 my feel good routine is having a smoothie and then some tea or mate, listen to Snatam Kaur (or some music of a kind) while either burning some incense or putting some oil around the apartment. If i have time in the morning I also like to set aside 30 minutes to read some inspirational/spiritual book or just enjoy some talk or audiobook. I live in Copenhagen, so the candles (natural maybe made of organic soy or coconut) is a must for creating the mood. Now, having 2 children the thing gets a little complicated, but I still try my best to do this routine :) Much love and light from CPH!!!

I try to spend as much time as I can with my cat. I'm always on a ruch, always doing something, and she's a reminder to me about the fact that you also have to be calm sometimes, so I try to unwind and lay down with her on my bed, maybe with some calm music but not with a book, a movie or my phone, just 100% present with her ❤

I love to get my surroundings clean, read a good book, and spend time outside, either just in my garden looking at the plants, or in the woods at work (we have a forest school area for the children, its amazing)

I love to do some chai or herbal tea most mornings as well as a 10m loving kindness meditation session. I journal every morning as well, reflect on the previous day and make goals for the coming day. I second the gratitude journal! I have issues doing it months at a time because I notice that I start getting a little repetitive, so I usually integrate thinking about what I'm grateful for during my meditation session. I really like having really structured morning routines and night routines. It just gives you some sort of brackets around your day that you can always rely on.

I feel best when I read in the evenings instead of tv. And music is so important! Putting on music in the mornings helps me get up and also helps me exercise!

for me cleaning/ tidying is definitely one of them.. i daily watch one or two video on youtube to inspirer me, being either photography or food or anything else.. also candles.. candles are a must :)

Another everyday feel good to practice is knowing that nothing will last forever. Whether it's a positive reinforcement or negative, what you go through will have an expiration date. Keep your head up and keep going. We all have something to look forward to. That's what's great about life.

Thank you for the lovely video. I love to admire the plants and birds outside, that really lifts my mind. I have feeders all around the house so I can watch the birds eat from every window.

Definitely making my bed on a morning, followed by making a pour over coffee. Then I sit down with the coffee and have some me time on a morning before work.

In the evening it's definitely tidying and cooking a nice meal. Followed by my skin care routine and a meditation before bed.

My feel good routine it's to make exercices of breathing, visualize me realizing my projects, to diffuse essential oils, to express gratitude, to sleep enough, to keep my house clean and tidy...💗

I get up every morning at 5 o'clock and then do 30 minutes of yoga. Then I eat only fruit untill noon. After work, when I take my daughter to practice, I read a book in the car and in the evening I drink a warm cup of tea. In the meantime I watch your videos and get some cool ideas. 💚😎

Another lovely video, thank you! I agree with all of these. :) I’m sure you found this out since the video was posted, but palo santo wood is unfortunately unsustainable- The Palo Santo tree is endangered and is on a watch-list.
