I was told to stop, too. No stair climbing and I had to stop running. I have left hip displaysia, bone on bone and bone spurs. I stopped all exercising and stretching out of fear. BIGGEST mistake. Now I'm rebuilding thanks to you! 🙏 Denise Austin used to say (and probably still does) "If you rest, you'll rust. If you don't use it, you'll lose it."

I am greatful for my surgeon advising me not to go for hip surgery but physio. It took several years but through movement the pain now has gone and I truly am enjoying my hip. Recently the other hip has started hurting but now I know what to do.

Love Matt. Went golfing yesterday on a hot day with bone on bone arthritis.
Feel better for it. Also put weight on if you just lie down elsewhere.

See, I completely agree with this why would I want to do the same stretches all the time? My pelvic floor physical therapist even only gave me like for stretches to do

Can I just do some kind of strengthening exersizes without weight? I’m working my way up. I have a lot of issues like prolapse too so weights are iffy at this point especially
