There’s a YouTube channel called low back ability. He came up with an exercise called the outer hip drop set. It works on internal rotation and strengthening the gluteus medius.

PTA here. That exercise is golden. Once the glute med is properly activated, the patient will verify feeling it.

Please post Amazon links to the products in your videos. I really think it would support a large portion of your viewers. Sometimes I go to shop for a similar products and the dimensions will be off etc buying unnecessary gear.

I have opposite problem, my glute med work properly, but glute max just sleep, can't feel at all

Can you go into more depth about that position you stand in with the arrow pointing to your QL area. I have a tendency to walk/run like that during and after intense exercise but not too sure why.

Does this help stop the rotation from turning inwards to much.I'm suffering with this to tightness from this muscle and the other group of muscles. Is this to help strengthen it ?to stop this. Thanks
