Good stuff. We talked about not using any spices when we’re cooking, but add them at the end to our food after being plated because when cooking inside with spices, you can smell it outside for a long way.

war, in many ways humans are still damm primitive. My hope is that if some of us survive, we evolve beyond our base instincts of hate, greed, ego self-interested entitlement. But thats later, right now have to prepare to survive, its gonna happen, take care all, please lord help us.

In an apartment complex, people may be watching to see who actually throws garbage out...to scavange whether for something to burn for fuel or food scraps...and to see who had food they have been eating.

Also scarey that people may use candles for a light source.

One option for cooking meat, sous vide. This is cooking food in boiling water while in a bag, there won't be the same odor a barbecue would create but the meat still gets cooked to temp without being soggy.
