What to do after you overeat // post binge eating tips!
Even when you’re really in tune with your hunger cues, overeating can happen and it’s ok. Here’s what you should do:

💜First step: approach yourself with kindness and understanding. No need for judgment or guilt! Overeating can happen for a variety of reasons, and these reasons are completely valid. Maybe you were at a social event, celebrating a special occasion, enjoying delicious food, or trying to satisfy an emotional need. As long as overeating isn’t a daily habit, there’s no need to overthink it. Allow yourself to enjoy the moment without guilt.

🥗Second step: tune in more closely to your body’s signals during your next meal. After overeating, you might find that your body doesn’t need as much food as it normally would. It’s perfectly natural to crave something lighter, fresher, or simpler. Listen to your body’s cues and respond accordingly. And if you end up eating a regular meal, that’s perfectly fine too. The goal is to ensure you’re nourishing your body based on its needs, without imposing strict rules.

➡️Last step: move on! Don’t dwell on the fact that you overate for one meal: it doesn’t define your habits. By letting go you’ll free yourself from unnecessary stress and guilt. I eat utterly big quantities of food at a sitting! I cannot withstand even the thought of tasty meals! Most people eat either small quantities or normal, even my own kinfolk, but I cannot withstand tasty fatty meals such pizzas, spaghetti, lasagnas, fried potatoes ...On the whole, I eat a lot, never mind what I eat, even not so tasty food. If i do not eat at will, then I cannot fall asleep at all and this sleeplessness harm my health even more badly than the murdering overeating. There is no help for me. But only the tasty food bestows meaning on my, wholly bereft from fleshly love, shattered life.The big quantities of tasty food is the only thing that truly soothes my so overtired by unhappiness brain.

Im mad i ate 3 eggs and too much chocolate as ive a very slow metabolism. I have an ed. I am very lean though. Always been Stage lean or close to it. When at 30 percent body fat bone density was bad and i had cancer scares so replaced with muscle. Its under 12% body fat 6-8 pack as a female. I am healthy with cycle. My diet isnt great though. I eat very little as i realised i burned half what average very small lady eats. If i take what an average woman eats id gain loads of fat i also often take my eltroxin wrong with coffee as i have insomnia and low blood sugar. Drug is not designed for people with that tbh.

Im worried I have an binge eating disorder? But im not so sure, sometimes I'll eat even after feeling full, then I'll be pretty sick to my stomach. I know I shouldn't eat so much because im gaining weight, but even though i tell myself not too, I end up doing it anyways. Could it just be poor eating habits or something more serious? I want to talk to my parents about it, but i feel embarrassed..
