Horrible advice that any food is okay on a healthy diet, processed food shouldn't be eaten at all. Type of food definitely matters. Seed Oils will hinder weight loss.

If you’re on a caloric deficit for long enough it becomes your maintenance 🙄 or atleast close to it

Number 2 is wrong.

Hyper processed super palitable foods with 40 ingredients have ZERO place in a healthy diet. Eat real food, like you mentioned in Number 3, never consume processed food.
