ARROGANT(?) Teen With Defensive Mom Gets Tough Lesson from Judge

Today we’re in Judge Fleischer’s courtroom with an 18 year old charged with Terroristic Threat. He got into a spat with a neighbor down the street from him. He allegedly got into an argument and pulled a gun on the neighbor, but it turned out to be a BB gun. The neighbor didn’t know this, and the defendant (allegedly) made threats with the gun. The neighbor’s family confronted him, at which point he pulled the gun again, and the neighbor’s family tackled the defendant while wrestling away the gun. The defendant’s mom is now in court with him and sides with her son completely–on the one hand, her loyalty is admirable. On the other hand, she doesn’t seem to take any issue with her son’s behavior during the hearing. Watch to the very end to see Judge Fleischer’s final ruling!
