Actually the Arnold press targets all three parts of the shoulder. The rear the front and the side. All in one 💪🏽

somewhere between 5’4” and 5’6” and currently bouncin around between 130 lbs and 134 lbs. and I’ve been tellin people I don’t bulk and don’t need to bulk, but haven’t been able to quite put my money where my mouth is, so to speak, yet. w that bein said, I just subbed to your channel and am lookin forward to seein all the gems you drop for skinny people that refuse to spend crazy amounts of money on things to stuff their face w, day in and day out 💯

I do a standard shoulder press as well as an Arnold press in my shoulder workout

Do both. Start with standard press, then Arnolds, then lateral raises. Unless you're a girlie-man!
