I can’t press traditionally because I have a bad shoulder. Arnold presses literally help me not feel pain in my shoulder joints. And also hit my delts. Both work just fine

In case anyone dont know. Pot of Greed allows you to draw the 2 top cards of your own deck in game, and then add those cards to your cards in hand, so after that effect resolves, the Pot of Greed that was activated goes to the graveyard zone (in most cases, in other situations it goes to the banished cards zones). I remember being at his point in my lifting career. Thinking I knew what exercises people should and shouldn't be doing in the gym. He'll get past that mindset one day.

Both works fine, both is good. They both hits "practically" the same muscle, but focuses on a different ones. Ppl with joints problem would also prefer to do arnold presses to avoid injuries from the weight, staying at 1 pose for too long isn't good for ur joints, which is why they prefer to use a wider range of motion to keep their joints moving

Arnold press is a great exercise, people just don’t know what it’s for and how to do it. But the whole reason for the twist is so you can get a deeper stretch and Arnold always preached getting a good stretch. It is also great if you have shoulder pain, this will help build your stabilizers and it keeps your shoulders in a non-vulnerable position through the entire rep

I have issues with the flexibility of my shoulders. I’m always hunched over like an ape, Arnold’s are one of the things that helped me open up the flexibility of my shoulders.

Arnold press just takes tension off of a specific muscle which is why it is not very functional. Maybe it will round your shoulders but I mean it’s sacrificing a lot of strengths, stability, and functionality on the table
