in today’s video, I show you the process of me reconnecting with myself and reigniting my creativity after being in a slump and feeling off. it includes going for a walk, getting outside, working out, taking a self care bath, doing skincare, getting out of the house, going to a cafe, grocery shopping, getting flowers, baking cookies, journaling, doing shadow work, making a to-do list, and taking time for my hobbies (like reading and playing guitar).
If you are going through a hard time, remember to be gentle with yourself and know that you are DEFINITELY not alone. Progress looks different for everyone and we are all at different phases of our lives 🤍
