Dear friends, in today's workout we will do a set of exercises that I like most so that our abs become even better. As usual, my workout is adjusted to dancers' needs or those people who strive to look like a dancer. This is not abs workout for beauty, weight loss, or good mood. It's for all these plus the creation of a dancing body that can run, jump, pirouette for several hours in a row and - smile, rejoice, receive energy from the audience and give it back.
