In this video my sister Sonya is joining me for our favorite ballet workout we've been doing together during the vacation. We've included the exercises we like a lot in this routine and decided to call it "Ultimate Ballet Workout" because for us it feels like one. In this 15-minute workout we're doing abs, obliques, back exercises as well as the ones for legs and arms. Hope you guys will enjoy training with us and I'm wishing you all the best!

as a dancer who dances 3 hours/5 days a week, this workout is SO GOOD!! I do in the morning to get strength. It's so perfect for ballet dancers and I can't believe how generous you are to have this video out for free for us. Amazing 🤩

Fun but challenging! Ballerinas are underestimated athletes. I thought Pamela Reif's fitness videos are tough enough but yours are much more hardcore. Thank you Maria and Sonya!
