This workout was a little all over the place with the music matching the moves but overall its a great beginners workout and is real low impact one! I burned 458 calories. Thank you

Very nice workout. I am able to do most of the steps. But having trouble during fast pace workout where you have to squeeze your belly area really fast in and out

Been doing her workouts for a while now. Anyone who experience side stiches on their right side abdomen? I found out today that I usually feel it when doing the swinging the hips side to side routine. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong.
