Ich finde diesen Kanal sehr gut, da man sieht welche Muskel Gruppen gebraucht werden.
Ok😅 ab ca 10 - 14 Tagen fängt es an, das man es an einem fülligen Körper erst sieht das der Körper sich verändert von der Form her.
Ich bin 171 cm Groß und wiege 110 kg, also muss noch einiges runter 😅
Es dauert zwar etwas aber langsame Gewichtsabnahme ist eh besser. Und sehr viele Übungen von diesem Kanal sind super gut umzusetzen 💞👍🏼🤗🤗

Si a alguien le sirve el dato, hoy cumplo 8 dias haciendo 30 - 40 minutos de estos videos diarios y he perdido 3 libras, no es mucho pero es trabajo honesto 😂
