Idk why, but I can never find a vid that relates to my situation, its not that I never get it in, I always end up doing it (working out every single day) its just that it gets super late by the time I do it

My #1 ... I have chronic pain and exercising makes it worse. I know I need to, but my brain says " don't do it".
