Exercising can be really hard and boring sometimes, but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 250 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing some exercises at home, and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 135 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life. I am ready to start living life to the fullest.

I would like you to know how much I, and 2 million others (plus those who follow you and who have not yet signed up), love your work.
I can't lie to you: I’ve followed other fitness YouTubers, but I've never been as faithful to someone as I have been to you (I think I've already told you before). I've stopped following the others, but not you.
Thank you very much for changing my habits, our habits through exercise. You’re so punctual that every time I lose motivation, you come up with a new video, new training modality, new video format, new music, new challenge, etc.
I am a witness to your evolution on YouTube because I’ve followed you since those videos in which you announced and explained the execution of the exercises and used to count to us the repetitions out loud.
You have improved video formats and music. You started with strength and cardio exercises (in its expanded and best version) You have been pioneer of the metabolic conditioning workouts METCON, and many of us didn't even know it.
You came with everything to HITT, TABATA, AMRAP, the Super Sets, (my favorites), the yoga, pilates and barre fusion, low impact and apartment friendly routines, etc. You have created routines without weight, with weights, fit ball, kettlebell, weighted anklets, elastic bands, uff... up to this point I think we’re just missing a workout with the step or a sort of fusion and we’re complete.😅
Thank you for being there, here, anywhere… and because without knowing it, you continue to give to my metabolism that “boost” to go on its way…

Hi Heather, I’m dealing with a shoulder/elbow issue right now. Man. My workouts are full of modifying and completely changing some moves. For example, I canNOT do a push-up right now, not even modified. But I am not giving up…changing it up if I must but there’s always something I can do. I’m seeing my doctor on Thursday to have a proper diagnosis. Hope it’s nothing serious. Pray for me believers!!! 😅😊🙏🏻

I completed the 12 week challenge 2.0 and was searching for something on the same level to keep me consistent. This was just the right amount of challenging for me; the sweat was drenching. Thank you Heather for pouring your skillset and passion into what you love in an effort to help others. Being able to fall in love with living a healthier life style has been a difficult journey but 6 moths ago I found you on you tube because I became bored with doing the same exercises all the time along with onset of BP issues the " No Repeat" was so much fun for me. The exercises were difficult because I had to monitor my BP closely but exercising with eating healthier made it possible to put the BP issues to rest. Keep up the good work everyone. #We Got This#

I'd never heard of METCON before and this was incredible. I think it is telling that since I subscribed to this channel several months ago Heather had slightly over a million subscribers.
