okay it's time for a TOTAL BODY MetCon Workout remix! We have two different metabolic conditioning circuits jam packed with those compound exercises that we know and love for one sweaty and effective workout. We are using those light medium and heavy Dumbbells for resistance so go grab yours and follow along! 💪🏻

thank-you for this one! It was the perfect re-entry workout. I'm trying to get back into consistent workouts etc. again, after losing my dear sister, friend, fitness buddy on Sept. 17. She hit by a vehicle while riding her bicycle. I am heartbroken, but because Lucy and I were lifetime exercise-motivators for each other I will let her continue to motivate me not to give up. Also working out is as important for mental wellness as physical. Thank-you for keeping on so we can keep on, dear Heather!

After a break due to illness, today was finally my first day back at training – my first real session after a long pause, something I haven’t done in years. The workout felt surprisingly manageable, and it was so good to be back! I did notice a slight pull on the inner side of my leg during the lateral lunges, so I adjusted the exercise in the second round. Huge compliments to Heather❤: once again, a top-notch workout! Her work is truly invaluable
