T-Push Up
Ninja Hop
Deadlift + Row
Push Press
Hi-Lo Swing

15:00 Circuit Two (45s + 15s rest x2)
Cross + Press (R)
Cross + Press (L)
Laydown Push Up
Chest Press Bridge
Burpee Jack

25:00 Cool Down

This has been my best HR12 WEEK so far, no injuries, no lasting pain because I’m not rushing through it or having to skip warm up or cool down due to lack of time. And I’m seeing the results. I appreciate drama free, no over the top constant rant during the workout. That gives me anxiety and cannot lift heavy. Your workouts are chill but advanced with a pace 😅, I can't explain, but my body loves it. I'm seeing great results!
