Beginner Drywall Tip to Tape Inside Corners!

27 year Union drywall finisher here, always tape those small seams on the left before you do the corner so that when you go to coat the corners those pieces are nicely tucked under that corner 👍

Once I've taken the excess away, I like to fill one side. Once that side drys, you can do the next side. Saves a bit of time and makes the corner a bit sharper, in my opinion

I've done a lot of drywalling. This is a great idea. I do use a corner trowel though which makes finishing easier.

I was taught the wrong way how to tape and mud corners. The guy who taught me had me use mesh in the corners and a corner tool for the mud. Yea I know, how did I do that? The slow and hard way and it never came out right. It drove me nuts as a perfectionist. So glad there are people like Ben out there making videos like this on how to do things properly and professionally. Thank you so much for your videos and knowledge. I have spent the last year just figuring this out on my own redoing all my internal walls... Makes me feel good to see someone who knows what they doing handle tape as awkwardly as i do. Nice work, might consider this
