I've heard so many people make fun of the corner tool that I have always resisted using it. That is until the last couple of projects. Now I wish I had started using it sooner. I also started using one of those Joint Compound/Drywall Mud corner roller applicator thingy ma-bobs. Boy the combination works so nice together. Nice video. Thank you.

Hi great clear and nicely presented video, may I ask what tape that is you are using on the corners I presume it's good for strength as I'm repair cracks in the corner of walls that go the complete lengths top to bottom. I normally use mesh scrim tape but I'm not sure what to use on the corners between to walls.

Hi Paul, I am a subscriber and want to do skip trowel in my two garage which is tough to work around door rails. Anyway I am having trouble finding 20-30 coarse grade sand for under $200 for 50 lb bag when I only need a cup. Would

12" knife to apply mud 😮 . So simple but have NEVER seen anyone do that in an explainer video. Oh the hours i could have saved.

As for the corner tool...never got them to work for me.
