Just did your Pilates and then this video. (( There was no place to comment on the Pilates Video but I did want to say how much i appreciate you guiding through the exercises, being precise is important when doing exercises especially engaging abs and back too easy too get sloppy if not reminded how to do correctly)) this video here for the bum and abs was very good.
