Ms. Gaita, a few of your workouts, including this one, are in my rotation. I hope you will publish new routines but if you do, please allow five seconds or so between moves. Also, I hope you will preview the next exercise as you finish each.

overall video was great and the workout got my heart rate up and was not too hard. just right. one thing i would add in is a beeping timer so that i don’t have to keep looking at my screen to know when to change the workout.
