The traps neck, upper back and shoulders already have a higher density of androgen receptors naturally

It has always amazed me how scientists are doing research about fintess and bodybuilding while using only untrained people. Of course that general population would not have that much androgen receptors and respectively will not have strong response. I take Testosterone and around month after started injecting, my shoulders and traps were the first muscle groups which I saw growing faster than the others. When you are highly trained individual, a lot of things in your body are different. You work on a higher rate: faster metabolism, more efficient cardiovascular and respiratory systems, more lean mass, higher red blood cells count = more hemoglobin = more oxygen = more strength, endurance and etc. There are numerous adaptations that occur from training.

Video Suggestion: Isometric training effect on hypertrophy? Does it help? Does it hurt? Is it okay to include it after a hypertrophy workout?

The key is the 5 alpha reductase which reduce testosterone in dhtestosterone then proteine synthese into the cell.

The conclusions about elevated gh and testosterone released from a workout not having an affect on muscle growth are erroneous not because the subjects are not trained or experienced lifters but rather because *there is no way to not have the gh and testosterone released to draw any comparisons*. Therefore the studies literally make up markers and draw conclusions using those made up markers like say the muscles grew the same in two groups therefore the additional gh and testosterone has no affect.
Its like doing a study with two cars to determine if gasoline added during a race makes a difference but without being able not to add gasoline during the race. So you make up other factors like say, car A and car B both ran at the same speed and then draw conclusions like since they ran at the same speed the added gasoline has no affect.
That would be pretty stupid seeing that YOU CANT TELL IF THERE IS AN AFFECT OR NOT UNLESS YOU DONT ADD THE GAS during the race and likewise YOU CANT TELL IF THE ELEVATED GH AND TESTOSTERONE HAS AN AFFECT OR NOT UNLESS THEY DONT ELEVATE DURING A WORKOUT WHICH IS NEVER THE CASE.
The comparions are between other factors.
Its not even pseudo science at that point.
Just pure BS by people who are flooding the fitness and bodybuilding world with FUD.
