I went to file a complaint to the police department in RIVERSIDE, Missouri. They never gave me the paper form to file a complaint. They sent just a police officer on the lobby who has of course a body camera. He stands in front of me and listening me talking my problem. As soon I'm done. They never gave me a copy of my complaint or a case number. It's been over 6 years. I never received a call or a letter from them. What you I do in this case ?
Also they never gave me a form to file my complaint, even an assistance to help me out file this form. I did some research about the law in Missouri how to complaint. I have seen, I should received a form to file a complaint but they never gave me that form. So many time I went there to there police station. What should I do. Because the government probably they do not pay attention about them once they are on duty or maybe they do something wrong on duty and the government doesn't know about it. Where I should report. Or what you I do ?
